
Though we may prefer watching movies to cooking, this is something most stay-home mums have to do. I try to make it as painless as possible by choosing easy, healthy recipes. I try to minimise grocery shopping to once a week by planning my recipes for the whole month from a book like Gordon Ramsay's, then drawing up a shopping list like this on my Excel spreadsheet. Once this planning is done, I don't have to crack my head on what to cook for the rest of the month! By the way, my family loves Gordon Ramsay's recipes though I don't approve of his language!
